We are proud to be a USDA inspected facility and want to offer more of those services to our farmers and customers. All animals will be killed under USDA inspection. You can elect for USDA inspected processing as well, if you choose.

We need all cut instructions when you drop off your animal. Many customers want the organs (heart, tongue, etc.) and if we don’t know at time of kill, we are unable to keep those items for your animal.
