We accept cash, checks, debit & credit cards, BUT because we are charged extra costs, there will be an extra 3% fee for debit & credit cards
   Buy 1 pack or enough to fill your freezer..... 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef, whole beef, 1/2 hog or a whole hog. Excellent quality and great taste at terrific prices!

We sell 1/4, 1/2 and whole carcasses by the hanging weight (dressed). That is the meat carcass hanging in the cooler ready to cut. We throw away bones, fat, and trim/gristle that isn't suitable to grind. You will usually take home about 60% of the dressed weight on beef and 70-75% for pork.
